About Amanda Batsche

Hi. I’m Amanda Batsche. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I’m here to help Texas families navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions you face.

I focus on Kids Protection Planning and Special Needs Planning. Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to design a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

I graduated from Texas A & M University in 2009 and then completed my law degree here in San Antonio, at St. Mary’s University in 2013. In the near ten years of practice, I have devoted myself to this area of the law, walking many families through the difficulties of probate and guardianship and now being able to give families the peace of mind to have a plan that will work when their family needs it. I have been honored to be named a Rising Star in Estate Planning by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers for the last two years running.

I love educating my community on the topics of special needs planning, protecting children, and how to make sure their children are protected. I am an active member of Business Network International (BNI), the National Organization for Women Business Owners, and the San Antonio Bar Association Elder Law Section.

And, most importantly, I am the proud mom of three little boys.
