About Rosenny Burgos

I was born in the Dominican Republic, completed Vanderbilt Law School’s LL.M. program, and I’m licensed attorney in Florida, Louisiana, and the Dominican Republic. I’m a member of the American Association of Immigration Lawyers (AILA) and the Federal Court of the Southern District of Florida. I’m also a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
I focus on being a true legal counselor for my national and international clientele. I’m as concerned with being a great human being as being a great lawyer. My professional approach is to go above and beyond to assist with my client’s needs using my vast professional and personal experience.

My passion for justice and protecting my clients’ rights and assets led me to open the Law Offices of Rosenny Burgos, P.A, in 2005 with offices in Florida and the Dominican Republic. My practice focuses on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation, and Value-Based Planning. I’m also experienced with immigration matters for individuals and families in the inside or outside the United States. In addition, I’m here to help business owners across the country to make wise and organized decisions for their business.

I have been providing my clients with full, trusted legal counsel for more than 15 years. I understand that success requires a comprehensive strategy that includes you, your family, your business, and regular access to a trusted advisor who is well informed about your aims and concerns.
