Hi. I’m Kari Keidser. I became a Personal Family Law to keep my clients and their businesses out of court and to give them peace of mind in knowing that they have taken care of the things that matter to them.

In my practice, I focus on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation and Value Based Planning. Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, my goal is to help you navigate the confusing maze of financial and legal decisions and create plans that ensure the well being of your loved ones …. and to keep them out of court. Life is messy sometimes, but your estate plan shouldn’t be.

While I do not have children myself, I come from a large family and I helped to raise my brother’s children when he ended up as a single dad with four small children. We would talk about what would happen if he was no longer with us and it got me thinking about what is really important. I can tell you that we decided it was not money. Your wealth is but one aspect of what you leave behind. I want to help you tell your story and leave behind a legacy so that the generations that follow will know you and what was important to you. That is why I walk you through more than just a Will or a Trust, but comprehensive planning.
