About Ben Kinney

Hello! I am Ben Kinney, your Personal Family Lawyer for Life! I love working with my clients and seeing the sense of relief that they feel when they know that their plan will work for their family when they need it. After several years of working with oil and gas royalty owners, I realized that the current estate planning model was not serving people and too often left them with big bills and no results. I knew that there had to be a better way and found it by becoming a Personal Family Lawyer. Prior to estate planning, I worked with individuals and foreign governments to manage and protect their oil and gas wealth. I attended undergrad and law school at the University of Wyoming. When I am not helping clients, I enjoy camping and hiking, cooking and spending time with my family.
