About Bethany Gilson Casey

Hi. I’m Bethany Gilson Casey. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I’m passionate about helping families create happy and secure futures while living richer lives today.

I’m here to help families in Wyoming and Utah, make empowered legal and financial decisions to keep families out of court and conflict!

In my practice, I focus on Family Protection, Wealth Preservation, and Value-Based Planning. I’m also experienced with wealth planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals.

Whether you are married or single, a traditional family or a blended one, starting out or looking back on a life well-lived, I will help you to craft a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.

I graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2019. I worked as a corporate trainer and systems analyst for University of Utah Health Care for 8 years. I received a bachelor’s degree of interpersonal communication and received a Master of Arts in Adult Education.
I was awarded the 2020 Sweetwater County’s best lawyer and was nominated for the 2022 Wyoming Women of Influence in Law. I have helped over 160 families create a quality estate plan.

I love educating my community on the topics of asset organization, family estate planning and probate avoidance. I am a member of the Wyoming Bar and the Utah Bar.

And most importantly, I am the proud mother of Brock and Beckham.
