About Erin Nobles
Hi. I’m Erin Nobles, Personal Family Lawyer and founder of Nobles Law. At Nobles Law, we focus on estate and legacy planning for parents with children under the age of 25. It’s our mission to give our clients peace of mind from knowing that when they die, their loved ones will be kept out of court and conflict-free.
I focus on Family Protection, Asset Protection, and Massachusetts Estate Tax Mitigation Strategies. I am also experienced with special needs planning, multi-generational planning, and issues relevant to the LGBTQIA+ community.
I’m proud to be an honors graduate of the University of South Florida (2001) and Suffolk University Law School (2005), with a concentration in Health Law. After law school, I worked in private practice and for the Office of the Attorney General before founding my own estate planning law firm in 2017.
In addition to the Personal Family Lawyer network, I am involved with the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
I am also the extremely proud mother of Liam, age 16 and Maddie, age 12 with my husband of 22 years. I serve at the pleasure of my two dogs, Gizmo and Bean, and elderly cat, Mrs. Norris.
Testimonials
“As new parents, we wanted to dot our i’s and cross our t’s legally to protect our son, but we didn’t quite know how to do so. We hired Nobles Law to help with our estate planning, and Erin has become our go-to family lawyer.
We knew during our first consultation that we were in expert hands. Erin made the entire process seamless with her approachable style and clear communication. She answered all of our questions and concerns, thoroughly explained options, and offered insight in a way we – as non-lawyers – could understand.
After working with Erin of Nobles Law, we now have a solid estate plan and comfort and confidence that our son is going to be okay should the unthinkable happen. We highly, highly recommend Nobles Law.” – Steph K.
“Erin was so helpful in this process. She took every opportunity to answer even the smallest of questions so that we really understood all the options open to us. We could not have asked for a more thoughtful and engaging person.” – James M
“Nobles Law is currently helping my family with our estate and trust planning. Erin is extremely professional and very knowledgeable and we are enjoying working with her. We know that we are in good hands!“
The Personal Family Lawyer Promise
What makes PFL lawyers different?
How you hire us.
We begin with a comprehensive inventory of everything you own, and everyone you love, and consider it all in a working meeting, called a Family Wealth Planning Session, to guide you to clarify your financial life and legacy goals before we draft a single document.
How we plan.
We work with you throughout every life stage to map out the most likely scenarios for you and the people you love, planning for each as your life, the law, and your assets change over time.
What we protect.
Our Life & Legacy Planning process ensures everything that matters most -- from your financial assets to your values, insights, stories and experience -- are captured and documented during your life and cared for over the generations to come.
What you see.
Transparency in our process, and our fees … all of which are flat fees, agreed to in advance, based on your choices and with no surprises, ensuring we stay on the same side of the table - supporting you to make a lifetime of great decisions - every step of the way.
How we deliver.
Our systems help you get clear and organized, overcoming the exact issues that keep most estate plans from actually working when they are needed most. We help you leave your family with a gift of love, and not a mess.
How our plans work.
One-and-done estate plans focused only on money are a recipe for a big mess. We help you throughout every stage of life and be there for the people you love, when you can’t be.
