Hi, I’m Hans Carlson. I became a Personal Family Lawyer to help families and business owners live with confidence that their assets, values and legacy are solid.

In my practice, I focus on Life and Legacy Planning, Kids Protection, Wealth Preservation, Personal Values-Based Planning, and Business Planning and Advising. I meet with clients throughout the state virtually or in-person.

Before opening up my own practice, I worked with attorneys representing many families, including high-net-worth families, and their businesses; I also helped financial professionals follow laws and regulations for compliance.

I am a member of our local Chamber of Commerce and the Business Law and Probate and Trust Law Communities of the State Bar of Arizona.
