Hi, I’m Meagan Agne.
As an Estate Planning lawyer for families and business owners, I help people protect their legacies without complicated legal forms. I take care of all of the paperwork so you can make more money, and spend more time doing what you love.
I started my career as a family law attorney, protecting hundreds of families, business owners and the elderly.
After taking countless cases to hearing and bench trials, I knew I wanted to use what I learned to help people keep their loved ones out of court and conflict. After marrying my fantastic husband, buying a home and having two kids of my own I realized for myself the incredible sense of relief I felt once I completed my own family’s planning.
Why did I choose JMK Law for my firm’s name? That’s easy. “JMK” represents the name of the most important people in my life: my husband and children. I started my firm with the sole objective to help you protect the most important people in your life! So it only felt right to honor my own family in my firm name.
Now more than ever, it is important that you know exactly who would care for your children or carry out your wishes should you become ill or pass away.
