About Neil Anderson

Hi. I’m Neil Anderson. I opened my practice because I have a passion and lifelong dedication to serving families and children. This passion has driven me to become a Personal Family Lawyer.

I’m here to help Massachusetts families and young adults navigate the complex maze of legal and financial decisions they will ultimately face.

With a focus on Kids Protection Planning, Special Need Planning, and foundational planning for students and young adults, no matter your stage in life or financial circumstance, I will help you choose and design a plan that will serve you and your loved ones.

I achieved the seemingly impossible, graduating from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2018 while running a non-profit organization and raising a baby boy. In 2016 I was awarded my school’s Best Advocate Award.

I am an educator and organizer by trade and enjoy educating my community on topics such as Kids Protection Planning, Foundational Estate Planning, and other issues. I’ve written articles for local papers and will soon host a television show called All Things Estate Planning.

Most importantly, I am a Dad, a husband, a son, a brother, a pet lover (and proud puppy owner) and a friend who cares deeply about my loved ones and community. I love sports and (half) jokingly describe myself as a full time karate Dad, part-time attorney. All kidding aside, it is of the utmost importance to me to utilize my knowledge, personality, and skills in a manner that will profoundly impact my family, my community, and my clients.
