About Samantha Smith
Hey there! My name is Samantha Smith. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I feel compelled to assist people to make legal and financial decisions with intentionality and awareness to protect their family and legacy.
I’m here to empower Pennsylvanian families, divorced individuals, and single parents to make choices today to plan for a life they love and a legacy worth leaving.
My practice focuses on Value-Based Planning, Kids Protection Planning and Wealth Protection.
Whatever stage you are at in life, I will assist you in designing a plan that achieves your goals for your loved ones today and for years to come.
I graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2013, with a certificate in Legislation and I received recognition for the amount of community service I performed while enrolled there.
I am passionate about educating my community on the topics of estate planning and creating generational wealth. I am a very active member of Victory Family Church, and I am also an active member of the Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Lastly but most importantly, I am blessed to be the mother of Noah and Raquelle and a dog owner of a high-maintenance miniature pinscher named Jay.
